Lost vs Heroes Finale?

To me these two shows both had the potential to be great end of season episodes. However only one delivered and not only delivered but blow the other away. Season three of LOST had quite possibly the best end of season show in history with the flash forward regarding Jack, the writters really out did themselves and created so much buzz for Season 4.

Heroes however was sooooooo horrible that it might even lose viewers for season 2, The final episode could have delivered so many things but ended up with asking what was that garbage.

Tell me your opinion on both shows and how you felt about those last episodes and any thoughts on the coming seasons.

Opinions on Heroes Overall:

Heroes proved to be the best new show on television this year. The story line was so great. I love a good show about people with abilities and it was fascinating how each character connected. The intense head-splitting Sylar was awsome, and I came to love the adorable Hiro Nakamura. All of the characters were awsome.

Opinions on Heroes Season Finale:

You're right. It could have been a lot better. Nathan flying Peter into the sky was a lame solution to the bomb. I did like that all of the heroes were finally in the same city. But other than that, totally LAME.

Opinions on Lost Overall:

Great show. Can get complicated at times, and leave you scratching your head, and the characters are less cool and kick *** than the Heroes characters.

Opinions on Lost Season Finale:

The season finale totally made up for the confusion of the rest of season three, because it was so freaking awsome. The flash forward was very intense. I think Lost wins this round...

Well personally I think the Heores finale left the writers/producers with a lot of wiggle room. Like we don't know if Nathan died or survived, as he could have flew up and dropped Peter off and flew away really fast, and the Hiro thing, however lame it could be, makes it seem that he can possibly find some Heroes in that time? That would be interesting. Also... Syler escaped so he is going to come up again, kind of went in the sewer where he belongs, eh? I liked it... kind of glad Peter didn't blow up, that would have sucked. LOST however was crazy, and yeah it created a lot of buzz, but we don't know what happened, and so we are thinking a lot about that, right? I think that when both of them come back on a lot of stuff will be answered, and we just have to hope that Heroes continues to grow in momentum.

Lost won this hands down. While I love both shows and watched them faithfully, when Lost seem to loose its way the finale had me in grips and tears. Meanwhile Heroes didn't seem to live up to its, the ending was not as big as the show itself. All season I was expecting the end to be as big as the rest of the season. In the end it was pale in comparison. Lost was more then I expected and left me wanting more. Heroes could not come back next year and I almost feel its OK.

I don't watch Heroes but I do agree with you that the Lost writers delivered. The season finale this year was really good. I ca't wait till the next season of Lost in February.

I liked them both. Lost raised (of course) as many questions as it did answers, and even though Heroes' battle scene wasn't quite as intense as everyone wanted, it was unexpected that Nathan would be the good guy. And also, the whole cockroach at the end of the show made me wonder: Is Sylar coming back? I'm excited for both shows to return and I thought each show had it's good and bad parts.
Watching it all fall.

i watched them both im more excited for Lost to come back on because in Heroes its getting pretty predictable they killed Sylar he went down the drain next season they'll find a way that hes still alive same with Nathan who probably isent dead either.

Heroes does have better episodes then Lost most of the time but the season finale of Lost was definitly better than Heroes.
