TV shows similar to Pretty Little Liars or 8 Simple Rules?

Okay so it's summer and I was planning to spend it on watching good tv shows.. Any suggestions on shows similar to Pretty Little Liars or 8 simple rules?

I would like some good mystery teen drama/comedy like PLL and then a good comedy sitcom like 8 simple rules :) thanks xo

Twisted (ABC Family comes out this June but they showed the pilot the other week; it's really good. It has a pretty little liars feel like theirs a lot of things to find out) I posted the Twisted pilot link in the source place.

New Girl (Fox) This is a comedy about a girl moving in with 3 guys as roommates. It's one of my favorite shows and it's very very funny.

The Lying Game. It's really good, it's exactly like pretty little liars. For comedy I would go The Mindy Project or How I Met Your Mother. Hope you try them out :)
