Sci-Fi series without sex scenes?

I'm looking for a good sci-fi series with little to no sex scenes. I really liked Battlestar Galactica, but I found the nymphomaniac Cylon to be useless, distracting, and (let's be honest) ego-shattering.
Stargate? Farscape? Red Dwarf? Roswell?
I'm not a prude or anything, it just seems like all good shows nowadays (eg. Game Of Thrones) insist on having graphic sex scenes, and it's a little wearisome.
(I'd prefer sci-fi, but I'm open to anything!)

Firefly (movie Serenity to finish it up)

Stargate SG-1

Stargate Atlantis

Babylon 5

Sanctuary

Dr. Who

Red Dwarf is more of a comedy. Pretty crude humor, but hiliarious!

Never saw Roswell.

Pretty much all the Star Treks are good. Well, never got into Deep Space Nine.

Star Trek TNG

Stargate SG-1 (there's nudity in the pilot episode, but after that they were picked up by Sci-fi so there's none for the rest of the series)

Red Dwarf

Doctor Who

None of those have sex scenes so far as I can remember. Certainly not anything like Game of Thrones (which is HBO, pretty sure they have a per show boob requirement)
