Chris moyles was mentioning it a lot the other day...i think (but may be wrong) that it's one of his team, maybe comedy Dave.

It varies, Phil Jupitus definitely does it and I think Richard Bacon also does. The guy doing it tonight (1/12/07) is (I think) Ralph Ineson who played "Finchy" in The Office. He has a very distinctive deep northern voice.

It varies depending on what day it is. The last time i watched it was Phil Jupitus of Buzzcocks fame.
