OH MY HECK!!!! Lost Season 1 was the most incredible season of a TV show I've ever seen. Season 2 was pretty good, but nowhere near the quality of Season 1. Season 3 started off pretty darn crappy, and I thought for sure it was just going to be a nail in the coffin of the show. Then when they picked up Season 3 again this February - it came back around to the quality of Season 1, but even BETTER. I am literally on the edge of my seat every week while I watch it, and I hate to think it will eventually end. But all good things must come to an end, so we sigh, we cry, and we keep those DVD's around to watch it over and over and over. Thankfully we still have another 48 episodes to go before we say goodbye! It actually amazes me that they are able to consistently surprise us with new twists and webs. And for those of you that stopped watching, it's your loss - the show is better than ever! Get caught up - you won't be disappointed!

Best series ever! And I'm glad they finally negotiated an end for the series. Now they know they have just 48 episodes left, so they can meticulously plan it all out. I loved "Twin Peaks" and "X-files", but with Peaks, you could tell they were just making it up as it went along, and with X-Files, the show kind of meandered toward the end because they didn't know exactly how long they were going to run. I feel the producers have TOTAL control of this show. I'm always amazed at how well-plotted the show is (like the van in tonight's episode, that seemed like just kind of a gag when we first saw it earlier this season). Absolutely brilliant.

I'm glad for the writers that the end point has been locked down so they can perfect each script and lose the sloppy workmanship of the second season.



I'm sad to see that it will end after 2010, but better that than have it wind up like Gilligan's Island.

I saw next week's preview. Tonight's show was great and I agree with you, it is getting better and better. I read in today's paper that NBC has signed a deal for three more seasons of :Lost with no re-runs in between.

Ok, I'm "Lost"! When did they say that Ben grew up on the island? I thought they got there because of some research project? Why didn't the guy who played the man that the young Ben saw in the woods when he escaped look any younger when they killed everyone in the camp When Ben was an adult? I do like the show but some episodes are boring and some are really good and frustrating.

yet I still have 15 minutes before it is on, but I heard there is going to be 3 more seasons. Which to me is confusing because it almost seems as though were getting to the end.

According to spoilerfix.com, the big battle is coming next week and several people will be killed. I just hope someone is wandering through the jungle and finds Locke before he dies. Or maybe the Island won't let him die - it let him walk after all.

It had more action, sure, but - where are the answers? what's the point? All they're doing is piling up the mysteries, forgetting completely about other storylines and muddling it all up.



I've become so very disenchanted with the show I don't think I'll continue watching it.

I am so tired of that show. How many seasons has it been on, and nothing remotely relevant or interesting has happened. Instead of answers, I just get 100000000 more questions. Will someone please tell me what that weird giant tree-uprooting smoke monster thing is???? That show... It's like, it can't make up it's mind if it is sci-fi, or supernatural, or conspiracy, or what! I just can't take it. I stopped watching it religiously last season.
