didn't Tony buy a piece of the restaurant or pay off a gambling debt for Artie? a few seasons ago?

if i remember correctly, artie owned tony's "family" some money and in order to pay the money back he "gave" tony free meals and stuff and when artie started complaining he had the restaurant torched for the insurance,w/o artie's knowledge. that's when their "friendship" soured.
