His mother was a drug addict and an old girlfriend of Mike. She told him she had an abortion, but she sold the baby to Mary Alice for money. They moved to Wisteria to cover there tracks. A few years later his real mother now clean, tracked them down and wanted her baby.



Mary Alice didn't think she was clean and wouldn't give him back anyway, so she killed her.



Her rich father figured out whatever happened to his daughter was because of someone on Wisteria and hired Mike to kill whoever it was.

Mary-Alice thought she was lying about becoming clean, but she put up a fight with Mary-Alice, so Mary-Alice killed her because she loved Zach to much to let him go. Mike was hired as a hitman by Zachs real mother to kill whoever killed her.
