Last Of The Summer Wine up to when Compo ( Bill Owen) died a gentle quirky comedy by the brilliant Roy Clarke who also penned Open All Hours with Ronnie Barker and Keeping Up Appearances it is still the longest running sitcom in the world ended last year because the BBC who loathed it for a while because its not youth focused and trendy found a excuse to not commission it ok it was a little weak after Bill Owen but it appealed to many and the BBC should reflect a wide audience not just left wing urban guardian readers.

Doctor who (63-89)

Red Dwarf

Robin of Shearwood

Stuff from today:

Harry Hill's TV Burp

QI

Never Mind the Buzzcocks

Little Britain USA

Graham Norton Show

Most shows, especially those that aren't comedies, suck big time!

But then when you see the state of american TV, you can count your lucky stars that you can still watch the British stuff, without all the cliches and racism and gun violence and down right celebrated ignorance that are the necessities of American TV.

Doctor Who (both classic and new series) its a brilliant concept and has had some very memorable stories and of course the best enemies ever, the Daleks.

Birds of a Feather : a brilliant comedy, great scripts delivered well and i can still watch it again and still find something funny.

The Liver Birds : Another great comedy and fantastic comedy timing by Polly James

Doctor Who...

...because it'a both dramatic and funny and the stories are so much fun to watch. And all the actors are pretty frekin' awesome, especially Christopher Eccleston, Billie Piper, and David Tennant.

As a long time Doctor Who fan it has to be Doctor Who and Torchwood, not so keen on Sarah Jane Adventures but I still watch it.

I also loved Life on Mars.

Doctor Who because the writing, filming, production, and acting are superb. Every episode is better then the one before.

On a lighter note I find Are You Smarter Then a 10 Year Old a real hoot.

and i love eastenders of course although sometimes they go a bit over the top some of the characters are really good actors/actresses like samantha janus.

skins probably because it's more real and all those american tv shows like gossip girl and 90210 are all the same. people break up get back together break up again and just boy troubles and all that and it's getting boring.

Waterloo Road, cause it's so unrealistic and always stuff going on.

Top Gear, mainly the specials cause the guys are really funny and they always do really cool things.

Skins is absolutly amazing because their is nothing else like that, or to that quality. I also really like the inbetweeners. Also life on mars was mint, spooks and the soaps.

Skins xD I just like it. And the characters are always so unique but some are a bit annoying. I'm not obsessed but I think it's pretty good.
