Season 3 DVD is out, I saw it yesterday at Best Buy.
New season is Tuesday, Sept. 25th at 9pm EST.

The third season is already out and the new season is coming out on September 25th, 2007, Fox Channel, at 9:00pm. I am so looking forward to it. I hope this helped:)
