i can't watch supernatural?

Question

I'm a huge fan of the show supernatural, it only airs on the cw network, and my mom changed our tv distributer which doesn't have cw on their basic channels, my mom is not paying for anything more than the basics. So i was wondering if there are any ways to watch the new season that is coming out soon somewhere else the same time as it airs on tv?
(the cw website doesn't work for me either)

Netflix has older seasons TNT runs re-runs in the morning from like 9-11 but older seasons.

Watch it online, or if the channel it's on has a website, sometimes they have catchup. Other than that places like vodly.to :)
